In most cases, TPA keeps electronic files of the patent drawings for your invention. This allows you or your attorney to come back at a later date for additional drawings, possible changes or revisions, alternate embodiments.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an area we take very seriously because it’s critical to keep your ideas and invention safe until they’re approved by the USPTO.

Some attorneys, agents, and/or inventors are reluctant to turn to a source for high-quality illustrations for the fear of the ideas getting into the public domain before the application is filed. With TPA that is not an issue, our company will be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement and each of our staff are already under confidentiality agreements. We can either sign your non-disclosure forms or we can provide you with ours.
